Implementing the detailed project implementation plan, together with all project partners. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, the implementation plan respects the principle of equity and equality, in terms of division of labor. The revision of the operative plan, will be done especially in the LTT activities, but also through Skype. It is the responsibility of the project coordinator to communicate, at least twice a month, with each partner to specify and explain the tasks of the respective month, and to monitor and evaluate how they are achieved, also by collecting the supporting material. In this way, the partners will know what to do from the month to the month and ensure the feedback of the project in a timely manner.
